Mark of Pu Ru (Puru), Chinese, 1895-1963. A monochromatic color on paper hanging scroll depicting Red Zhong Kui, vanquisher of ghosts and evil beings, standing with a sword. Calligraphy with two artist seals upper right, additional seal top center. Very slight foxing, toning particularly along edges, some wrinkles. Image 26 1/2 x 53 1/2" high, mounted on a silk scroll, 31 1/2 x 85 1/2" high overall. ESTIMATE $200-400
