Mark of Kangxi Emperor, Chinese, 1654-1722. An ink on paper hanging scroll featuring calligraphy atop a faint gilded Phoenix and prunus design. Calligraphy "Imperially Written by the Kangxi Emperor" with two seals at left side. Paper with some fading, wear, creasing, and small losses. Image 25 x 51" high, mounted on a silk scroll, 31 x 93" high overall. ESTIMATE $300-400
