Marks of Zhao Shao'ang (Chao Shao-an) Chinese, 1905-1998 and Li Xiongcai, Chinese, 1910-2001. An ink and color on paper hanging scroll depicting a monkey seated on a rocky outcrop near a tree with blossoms. Calligraphy with two artist seals upper right. Some toning, very slight foxing, minor paint transfer, creased and with wrinkles. Image 18 3/4 x 37 1/2" high, mounted on a silk scroll, 24 3/4 x 89 1/2" high overall. ESTIMATE $300-400
