Mark of Ma Jin, Chinese, 1900-1970. An ink and color on paper hanging scroll depicting four horses resting at the edge of a lake with a willow tree in the distance. Calligraphy with two artist seals mid left. Paper had a couple of short tears at edge before prior to mounting, slight foxing, toning, areas of gouache with flight flaking, some creases and wrinkles, small area of damage to silk. Image 26 1/4 x 51 1/2" high, mounted on a silk scroll, 32 x 80" high overall. ESTIMATE $300-400
