Mark of Zhang Daqian (Chang Dai-chien), Chinese, 1899-1993. An ink and color on paper hanging scroll depicting a landscape with a small figure at the shore of a winding river, with mountains and a waterfall in the distance. Calligraphy with two artist seals upper right, additional seal lower left. Toning, some smudges and wrinkles. Image 18 1/4 x 39 1/2" high, mounted on a silk scroll, 23 1/2 x 73 1/2" high overall. ESTIMATE $300-500
