Mark of Cheng Shifa, Chinese, 1921-2007. An ink and color on paper horizontal scroll depicting a jovial Yunnan Province village party, animated by musicians, dancers and a scattering of farm animals. Calligraphy with two artist seals upper right. Very slight foxing in borders, some toning, minor paint transfer and some smudges, edges lightly wrinkled. Image 61 1/2 x 32 1/2" high, mounted to a silk scroll without rods, 78 x 40" high overall. ESTIMATE $
