Mark of Zhao Shao'ang (Chao Shao-an), Chinese, 1905-1998. An ink and color on paper hanging scroll depicting colorful abstracted birds flying among flowers. Calligraphy with artist seal lower left, characters attributing work to Shao'ang on label verso. Some toning, minor foxing, some creases and wrinkles. Image 17 1/2 x 38 1/2" high, mounted on a silk scroll, 23 x 77" high overall. ESTIMATE $300-500
