Mark of Zhao Guojing, Chinese, b. 1950, and Wang Meifang, Chinese, b. 1949. An ink and color on paper horizontal scroll depicting a young woman doing needlework with an embroidery hoop, wearing a traditional Red silk dress while seated on a rocky outcrop beneath a flowering Magnolia tree. Two artist seals lower left. Slight toning and foxing, a few spots of paint transfer, some rippling. Image 49 1/2 x 23 1/2" high, mounted on a silk scroll, 67 x 27 1/4" high overall. ESTIMATE $300-500
