JAPANESE GILT AND SILVER ON BLACK LACQUER SUZURIBAKO (WRITING BOX) 19th Century Lid depicts a silver moon over a gilt landscape of chrysanthemums and other flowers. Nashiji interior with continuous landscape on the cover. Fitted with an inkstone and water dropper. Height 2". Width 8". Depth 9".
