Yang Xun (*1981) China, dated 2011 75 x 75 cm Pure - Pear Blossom, no. 2, oil and acrylic on canvas, mounted on a stretcher frame, titled, signed and dated on the reverse. German private collection, acquired in 2013 at Galerie Jane Zhang 02, Frankfurt. Yang Xun was born in Chongqing in 1981 and graduated from the oil painting department at the Sichuan Fine Arts Institute in 2005. Following numerous exhibitions in China and abroad, he now lives and works in Beijing. His floral depictions draw their inspiration from fan paintings of the Song Dynasty. Nach zahlreichen Ausstellungen in China und im Ausland lebt und arbeitet er heute in Peking. Seine Blumendarstellungen ziehen ihre Inspiration aus Fächermalereien der Song-Dynastie.
