A genre painting of a river landscape China, 18th c. 112 x 132 cm / 131 x 147,5 cm Ink and light colours on paper, framed behind glass. Depiction of an everyday scene with two boys flying a butterfly-shaped kite being watched by a man, a female servant carrying two lacquer bowls to two ladies over a small bridge, the ladies each holding a fan, one with a small child on her back, observed by two men at the left edge of the painting. The scene takes place in an idyllic river landscape, with a building or city wall on the bank and boats in the background. From an old German private collection, acquired in the 1990s from Gertrud Rudigier, Munich - Minor damages and restorations Alltagsszene in Flusslandschaft China, 18. Jh. 112 x 132 cm / 131 x 147,5 cm Tusche und leichte Farben auf Papier, hinter Glas gerahmt. Darstellung einer Alltagsszene mit einem Mann, der zwei Knaben beim Steigenlassen eines schmetterlingsförmigen Drachen zusieht, eine Dienerin, die zwei Damen zwei Lackschalen über eine kleine Brücke trägt, die Damen jeweils einen Fächer haltend, eine mit Kleinkind auf dem Rücken, beobachtet von zwei Männern am linken Bildrand. Die Szene spielt sich in einer idyllisch anmutenden Flusslandschaft ab, mit einem Gebäude bzw. Stadtmauer am Ufer und Booten im Hintergrund. Aus einer alten deutschen Privatsammlung, in den 1990er Jahren bei Gertrud Rudigier, München, erworben - Kleinere Altersschäden, etwas rest.
