A French Japonisme-style cabinet in the manner of Gabriel Viardot. Japan / France, circa 1900 149 x 60 x 41 cm On a stand, with pierced carved mouldings and applied dragon masks and decorative metal plaques. The door decorated with scrolling foliate motifs, partly lacquered and partly inlaid with bone. Former old German private collection Französiches Kabinett im Japonismus-Stil in der Art von Gabriel Viardot Japan/Frankreich, um 1900 149 x 60 x 41 cm Auf Stand, mit Zierleisten in Durchbruch geschnitzt und mit Drachenmaskenapplikationen und Zierplaketten aus Metall.
