Two miniatures mounted in passepartout India, 18th/19th cent. 21 x 15,5/ 17,5 x 24 cm Lovers, probably Nawalgarh, c. 1770, stamped on the reverse Bhanwar Devendra Singh Nawalgarh, Bh, Suraya Vajay Singh Shekhawal Nawalgarh (Raj.) ?; King on a throne with a coffered floor, probably Rajasthan, 18th/19th century. From an old private collection in Stuttgart, collected since the 1960s, partly also from old family property, according to records the first miniature was acquired at the Robert Stolper Gallery in Munich on 1 November 1978 - Partly damaged and rest, mounted in passepartout Zwei Miniaturen in Passepartout montiert Indien, 18./ 19.Jh. 21 x 15,5/ 17,5 x 24 cm Liebespaar, wohl Nawalgarh, um 1770, umseitig Stempel Bhanwar Devendra Singh Nawalgarh, Bh, Suraya Vajay Singh Shekhawal Nawalgarh (Raj.) ?; König auf Thron mit kassetiertem Fussboden, wohl Rajasthan, 18./ 19.Jh. Aus einer alten Stuttgarter Privatsammlung, seit den 1960er Jahren gesammelt, teils auch aus altem Familienbesitz, laut Aufzeichnungen wurde die erste Miniatur bei der Galerie Robert Stolper am 1.11.1978 in München erworben - Teils besch. und rest, in Passepartout montiert
