L. 5 cm Each side engraved with a four-character Kanji idiom (Yojijukugo): chōsei homei (Long Life and Preservation of Life) and *kingyoku mandō* (Gold and Jade fill the Hall). From an old East German private collection, assembled from the 1960s to the 1990s - EU marketing authorisation has been granted for this lot - Minor wear Netsuke in Form eines Schlosses mit Fischen und Inschrift Japan, 19. Jh. L. 5 cm Jede Seite graviert mit einem vierteiligen Kanji-Idiom (Yojijukugo): chōsei homei (Langes Leben und Erhaltung des Lebens), bzw. kingyoku Mandō (Gold und Jade füllen die Halle).
