A wooden lidded box Tibet H. 12,5 cm, D. 17,4 cm The Tibetan lidded box, which was probably originally used to store tsampa flour, has a beautiful curved shape with evenly shaped mouldings on the bowl and lid. The wood of the box has been treated on the outside with an oil or varnish and has a beautiful patina. The lid has a metal frame made of brass in the shape of a rosette. From an old South German private collection, collected before 2007 - Slightly dam. Deckeldose aus Holz Tibet H. 12,5 cm, D. 17,4 cm Die tibetanische Deckeldose, die ursprünglich wohl zur Aufbewahrung von Tsampa-Mehl verwendet wurde, hat eine schöne geschwungene Form mit gleichmäßigen Auswölbungen an Schale und Deckel. Das Holz der Dose wurde außen mit einem Öl oder Lack behandelt und hat eine schöne Patina. Am Deckel ist eine Metallfassung aus Messing in Rosettenform angebracht. Aus altem süddeutschen Privatbesitz, vor 2007 gesammelt - Etwas best.
