Possibly Coalbrookdale Foundry, with raised circular platform above two further tiers of openwork foliate platforms, the three supports terminating in scrolled supports. Heigh 112 cm. Diameter 69 cm. Multi-tiered plant stands of this type were very popular from the 1860's through the early 20th century and the Coalbrookdale Foundry produced many varying designs for similar types. For comparable examples see Alistair Morris, Antiques from the Garden, Antique Collectors' Club, Woodbridge, Suffolk, 1996 pp 121-125.
