A pottery ewer with a spherical body and tubular neck, the mouth formed as a cockerel’s head with a flaring comb. The handle takes the form of a rising, tapering, curving tail. The vessel is covered with turquoise glaze and decorated with black lines tapering from the neck along the body to the base. Height: 31 cm.
