Of cylindrical form. Decorated with a grasshopper on a cafe-brown lustre ground. Coral stopper.H. 8 cm Snuff Bottle Collection of John Mckeggie Rogers (1905-1977) He was a senior partner of the Torontobrokerage firm Doherty Roadhouse. He was a great collector of antiquities. He started collecting snuff bottles in the 1940's alongside his friend Ken Thompson whose collection now resides in the AGO.
