Of flattened pear form. The two sides of the body inset with a large ruyi form white jade plaque, one depicting a courtyard scene with four figures, the other with a shou emblemand auspicious objects. The handle inset with a pale celadon jade mythical beast belt hook. The cover connected with a loop silver chain surmounted by a reticulated white jade finial of a dragon amongst clouds. The silver body embellished with coral, turquoise and malachite inlays, and decorated with scrolling foliage and ruyi repousse supported on a pedestal foot.H. 37 cm
