拍品描述
Made at the Longquan kilns in Zhejiang province. It is particularly heavily potted and coated in a thick celadon glaze of good colour. The domed centre is decorated with an impressed peony blossom spray and the cavetto has a carved ribbed pattern. To the recessed base is an unglazed ring that has fired to a yellowish brown. A very nice heavy example (2.3 kg) with a diameter of 32.5cm. 品相: Condition is very good. There is no repair or restoration, a good sonorous ring when tapped, just a small chip to the edge and some surface wear commensurate with its age.
