With pleated panels, finely embroidered in coloured and gold threads with precious objects, including vases, fruit, flowers, sceptre and other items, with further butterflies and flowers, within a ribbon border and black silk trim, with white cotton waistband and blue silk lining, 96 cm long Provenance: William Faull (1861-1927), a merchant trader between Britain and the Far East, thence by descent. 品相: Some tearing to the black silk trimming and pleats and to the blue silk lining. Some fraying and tearing to silk, particularly at the hem. Typical wear overall.
