Arabic manuscript on paper, comprising 35 folios and two flyleaves bound in gilt brown 'morocco' leather with various ownership inscriptions and seals, with 19 lines of black naskh script per page, red rubrication and gold-and-black ruled borders. Illustrated with two gouache paintings heightened with gold, including a world map and a depiction of the Ka'ba. Containing Kharitat al-Ajaib wa Faridat al-Gharaib by Ibn al-Wardi, a geographical treatise describing the divisions of the world, its regions, seas, rivers, mountains and sacred sites TURKIJE - 19° EEUW Ottomaans manuscript op papier bestaande uit 35 folio's en twee schutbladen gebonden in vergulde bruin 'morocco' leder met diverse eigendomsinscripties en zegels, met 19 regels zwart naskh-schrift per pagina, rode rubricering en goud-zwart omlijnde tekstvakken.
