An Unusual Chinese Molded Porcelain "Bats and Gourds" Large Snuff Bottle, First Half 19th Century 清中期 粉彩貼塑“福祿萬代”葫蘆瓶 Of double-gourd form, with waisted neck, flared lip, gilt flat mouth; each side molded with five iron-red bats flying among fruiting gourd vines, accompanied by a Chinese carved and stained wood fitted stand and later associated stopper. Height without stopper 4 1/8 in., 10.5 cm. This lot is located in Philadelphia. 品相： Chip and firing/glaze flaws to to lip, wear to gilding, wear to enamels at extrmities; glue residue to underside and to top of stand, losses and oxidation to stopper.
