Six masks, including ceramic and wooden ones Japan, Meiji period and later H. 9,3 - 21 cm Six masks in the style of traditional Nō theatre, including a Tengu mask, a Hyottoko mask and a Hannya mask. The masks are stylised and coloured according to their respective personification; in addition, the surfaces are finely worked, some of them polychrome, and there are elaborate details, including glass eyes and inset hair. Sechs Masken, u.a. aus Keramik und Holz Japan, Meiji-Periode und später H. 9,3 - 21 cm Sechs Masken im Stil des traditionellen Nō-Theaters, darunter u.a. eine Tengu- , eine Hyottoko- und eine Hannya-Maske. Die Masken sind entsprechend ihrer jeweiligen Personifizierung der Form nach stilisiert und farbig gefasst; zudem sind die Oberflächen fein, teils polychrom, ausgearbeitet und es finden sich aufwendige Details, darunter Glasaugen und eingesetztes Haar.
