A painting in the style of Liang Kai depicting two young men playing go game in a landscape as another old man watches China, ca. 19th cent. 120,5 x 44,5 cm Ink and colours on silk, partly in blue and green, mounted as a hanging scroll. Signature: Liang Kai (active in the 13th century), and seal. Old and important German private collection, collected since the 1950s until 2007 - Traces of age, minor damage due to age Malerei im Stil von Liang Kai mit zwei Go-Spielern und einem Zuschauer in einer Landschaft China, ca. 19.
