Circa 1900. A polychrome landscape with a sitting dervish by a lake with fishes, blooming trees with birds, deer and an inscription: Nour Ali Shah. A palace and buildings in the background. A dark blue main border with birds, flowers and cartouches with inscriptions. Secondary borders with inscriptions in cartouches. Inscriptions from the poetry book Masnavi Molavi by Jalal al-din Rumi, which is widely recognized as the greatest Sufi poem ever written.
