Peter Saville, British b.1955- 'Unknown Pleasures' Skatedecks, 2005; Two Peter Saville for Supreme wooden painted skatedecks, each one 79 x 20 cm, (ARR) (2) Note: These painted colourways are the reverse of each other, it's very rare to have both the black and white and the white and black versions sold as a pair. Also known as 'Blue Monday' skate decks they were released partly to mark the 25th anniversary of the death of Ian Curtis, who was the lead vocalist of Joy Division. They are part of Supreme’s early era of artist collaborations, which helped define its identity. They also feature artwork from the album covers of New Order.
